Through writing exercises, meditation and Reiki energy balancing we "delete" any old negative programming you've been running such as negative thoughts from childhood, hurtful experiences and trauma that you carry in the chakra energy system, cells and DNA. We will then "reprogram" the body-mind computer with positive intentions and dreams you wish to manifest sending out new signals for the Universe to respond to.
